Privacy policy
This site collects nothing about you unless you submit an access request. There are no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind.
What we collect
Only what you type into the access verification form: your name, work email address, organization and organization type, country, role or title, an optional program or contract reference, the products you are interested in, your intended use environment, an optional acquisition timeline, and your confirmation of eligibility and intended end use.
We do not collect anything else. No cookies are set, no analytics or advertising scripts run, and no profile is built about visitors who do not submit the form.
How it is protected
Submissions travel over TLS. On arrival, each one is encrypted to a public key before it is written to storage. The corresponding private key is not held by our hosting provider and is not present on any internet-facing system, so the stored record cannot be read by the provider, by anyone with access to our hosting account, or by anyone who obtains a copy of the database.
We do not store your IP address. To limit abuse of the form we keep a salted one-way hash of it, which expires within an hour and cannot be reversed to an address.
Who sees it
A notification containing your submission is sent to info@ravenforge.io, which is a Microsoft 365 mailbox operated by Raven Forge. Access to that mailbox is limited to Raven Forge personnel who review access requests.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We may disclose information where we are legally required to, including where an export control or law enforcement obligation applies.
Third parties
This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes requests as our hosting and network provider.
The access form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated scripts. Turnstile receives technical signals from your browser for that purpose. It does not use cookies for tracking and does not build an advertising profile.
How long it is kept
Access requests are retained while they are being considered and for a limited period afterwards for compliance record-keeping, then deleted. Records that are no longer required are purged on a recurring basis.
Your choices
Write to info@ravenforge.io to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Quote the reference number from your submission if you have it, which lets us find the record without asking you for more personal data than we already hold.
Some records may need to be retained where an export control or other legal obligation requires it. If that applies we will tell you.
