Export compliance

Raven Forge products are offered exclusively to authorized government agencies, allied defense ministries, and their prime contractors. Certain products, and the technical data describing them, may be subject to US export control regulations.

Eligibility

Access to specifications, demonstrations, and pricing is limited to eligible organizations. We do not sell to the general public, and we do not respond to requests from unverified or non-eligible parties.

Every request is reviewed individually by a person. Nothing on this site releases technical data automatically, under any circumstances, and submitting the form does not grant access to anything.

What we ask for, and why

The access form asks for your organization, organization type, country, role, and intended use environment because those are the facts required to assess eligibility and to document end use. It also asks you to confirm that you are requesting on behalf of an eligible organization and that the intended end use is lawful and within your authority.

Requests that cannot be verified, or that we are not satisfied are eligible, receive no automatic response and no release of material.

Technical data

The public pages of this site describe capability in general terms. Detailed specifications, including frequency coverage, sensitivity, power, interface documentation, and test results, are not published and are released only after verification.

Classification and licensing determinations are made per item and per transaction against the applicable regulations, and are confirmed in writing as part of an engagement rather than stated on this page.

Your obligations

If you receive technical data or hardware from Raven Forge, you are responsible for complying with the export control regulations that apply to it, including restrictions on re-export, retransfer, and change of end use or end user.
